Forster Fellowship, School of the Art Institute of Chicago 1986 Ontario Arts Council Artists "A" Grant 1985 Canada Council Artists "B" Grant 1982 Canada Council Artists Project Cost Grant SELECTED PHOTOGRAPHIC COMMISSIONS (1988 to Present) 1988 Canadian Centre for Architecture, Montreal Working with CCA curator, David Harris and Olmsted scholar, Cynthia Ziatzveskey photographing the lifes work of landscape architect F.L. Olmsted.This five-year commission resulted in a traveling exhibition and catalogue titled, "Viewing Olmsted" with an introductory essay by MOMA curator John Szarkowski. 1989 Ontario Association of Architects, Toronto Working with architectural critic/historian, Ruth Cawker and an OAA committee photographing numerous projects in Ontario. Project resulted in a traveling exhibition and catalogue titled "Viewpoints:100 Years of Architecture in Ontario 1889-1989". 1991 Commission on the Future of Torontos Waterfront, Toronto Working with Jeffrey Stinson, Associate Dean, The School of Architecture, U of T. Photographic survey was used in the report, "The Built Heritage of the East Bayfront" published in October/91. A selection of the photographs were purchased for the collection of the City of Toronto Archives and exhibited at the Market Gallery. 1992 Metropolitan Toronto (Urban Planning Department), Toronto Working with urban planner, Sherri Pederson, I undertook a survey of the Metro Parks System. The one-year commission resulted in an archive documenting nine individual parks and their relationship to the Toronto ravine system. 1994 Ontario Association of Landscape Architects, Toronto Working with an OALA committee I photographed twelve projects representing the landscape architecture profession in Ontario. This one-year commission resulted in a traveling exhibition titled: Tithing for Eden. 1998 Arts-on-the-Point, Boston Working with Prof. Paul Tucker at the University of Massachusetts, Boston photographing the installed artworks and proposed sites for a new sculpture park on the campus of Umass in Boston. 2000 Art-at-Work, Toronto Working with artists Dyan Marie, Geoffrey James, Richard Rhodes and Eldon Garnett to produce works for installation at the new Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa. This project, which was part of the "Art and Healing Program" resulted in the installation of 28 pieces of artwork in the Lakeridge Health Centre. 2002 Intraspectives Art Program Commissioned through State Gallery, Vancouver to photograph the Niagara Escarpment on the Bruce Trail.
